Attach license to phone

Hello

I have CUCM 9.1 with two set of licences, Basic and Advanced, both installed.

How I can attach to phone specific license? Currently, all phones automatically uses Advanced licenses. It possible to move some phones to Basic? Phones 7911, 7941, 7940, 6911.

Where I can see license-to-phone attacment?

6911 and 6921 uses basic

7940 and 7941 uses enhanced

Waht is the exact version of CUCM? I doubt Advanced UCL licenses are there any more .

You can see the same in CUCM

System ----licensing ---license usage report.Click on Users and then, View Details.

you will see Assigned Devices, Type and Tier.

In the "license usage report" I see strange picture ( see attach ): Basic licenses used 7, and unassigned devices also 7. 

In the "Unassigned Devices Usage report" I see full list of phones with seven 6911 with Basic licenses.

What it's mean? Phones automatically chooses minimal license type accordingly unknown configuration somewhere in CCM? Where? 
Why all phones listed in "unassigned devices"?...

click on "Update Usage Details" in System ---licensing---licnese usage report in call manager and check.
