I installed an attendant console on one of my sites and it was fine for two weeks. Now the receptionist can login and she is on line but its not showing her who is ready, busy,etc , its only showing question marks (???). Thanks.

Hi James,
Try this;
Go to Cisco Unified Serviceablity
Go to Tools>Control Centre - Feature Services> Attendant Console Server Service >Stop/Start
Hope this helps!

Hi,
Sounds like the lines are not allowing AC to control them via CTI.
Do you have the "ac" Application User created and added to the "Standard CTI Enabled group", the "Standard CTI Allow Call Park Monitoring group", and the "Standard CTI Allow Control of All Devices" user group
Do you also have the "ACDeviceAuthenticationUser" Application user created and associated with the Receptionist Phone and the AC Pilot points?
For more info look at the CM 6.1 Features and Services guide http://www.ciscosystems.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/admin/6_1_1/ccmfeat/fsccmac.html
