Audio Alarm in IP Phone (CCM 7, IP Phones, 7960/7970/7975)

Dear All,

Can we play "Alarm" or some "Audio" at a particular given time in IP Phones?

Or some logic which can help with the above task??

Like about creating Custom Ringtone and playing that audio/tone automatically at a specified interval of times without any intervention?

Any ideas/suggestions will be highly appreciated.

I think it Is possible with UCCX or CUE, but you Must create a script.

i have new information's for the above post:

Alarm Service An alarm service is used to be informed on the IP phone at a specific time. Alarm can be easily created on the phone and at the alarm time an acoustical and optical signal is generated. The alarm service includes a web interface to manage all alarms in the environment which is especially useful for receptionists.

You need one server licence + the "apps" - licence. The APAS Server runs also in VMWare ESX(i).

Also you can become a trial and try the andtek product-(suite).
