having issues at a site all of a sudden all the calls are the audio is fading in and out. this is on every call they get weather it is site to site or through the local POTS lines. if i call them on my phone(8961) on there phone(8841) they can hear me then i fades out then back in, i have no issues hearing them the whole time. same thing when a customer calls them through the local POTS lines. i reset the all the phones no change, i was thinking codec issues but its been working fine for along time and nothing has changed. bandwidth to the site is fine but if that was the case then the calls coming in the local POTS lines would be fine.
Any Idea's?
