Hello folks,
Imagine I have 95 Cisco IP Phones and users.
I need to provide capability to let 1 operator to manage (transfer) calls, etc.
I see that if I deploy Cisco Unified Auto Attendant Enterprise, Business or Department I would need to provide a server.
I didn't include money for server in the budget, so at the moment I can't do that.
Please advise if I have workarounds to get auto attendant functionality without buying a whole server to support it. I have only a WIn7 Pro PC.
Regards,
Marlon

Hi Marlon,
If you do not want to invest on any extra hardware, You can use transfer facility on one phone which will make auto attendant functionality. But you will not get most of the Auto attendent feature.

VistaPoint console is PC based and I've heard very good things about it in compatison to CUEAC.

Well the CUDAC software can be installed on a workstation, so there's that route. Additionally, you could possibly use CUPC/Jabber in deskphone control mode.
Otherwise there are a few third-party options (in no particular order):
