Auto Qos of C1000 switch and avaya IP Phone..

Good morning.
I am trying to build an IPT network.
However, due to lack of infrastructure, we want to separate IP Phone bands by adding secondary to the same Vlan.

I have a question.
An example is Vlan 10.
Existing data traffic is also Vlan 10, and IP is added to Vlan10 as a secondary.
The added IP will be used as voice.
Can I apply Auto QoS even if Vlan 10 has both Data and Voice?
The configuration is as follows:
vpn-L2-IP Phone
vpn-L2-PC
There is no connection to a PC via an IP Phone.
Is it a possible technology?
Please help.

if all in same VLAN, same QoS should work right ? ( or do i miss anything here ?)

I am very shallow knowledge of QoS.
Cos is L2
DSCP is L3

The above configuration is L2 configuration, and the VPN takes the gateway.
Is it impossible to implement with DSCP?
Looking at the C1000 QoS guide, this is not there.

I would like to prioritize the traffic generated by Voice IP from Data IP (1.1.1.0/24) and Voice IP (2.2.2.0/24) on the same VLAN 10.
