Auto-registration not work

i have a cluster  consists of CUCM Publisher and two CUCM Subscribers , auto registration is disabled on Publisher and enabled on Subscriber 1 and subscriber 2, also i have tow CM Groups as below :

 

CMGROUP1 :

subscriber 1

subscriber 2

Publisher

 

Auto registration Enabled.

 

CMGROUP2:

subscriber 2

subscriber 1

Publisher

 

Auto registration Disabled.

 

now for Auto-registration if i put subscriber 1 and subscriber 2 on NONE partition phones get extension and working fine, if i put subscriber 1 and subscriber 2 in PT-INTERNAL it is not able to get extension , please advise any got this problem before?

Are you sure that those extensions are not already present in your cucm database..

Use route plan report to check that these extensions range don't already exist

Just a note to add to the good ideas from my friend Deji (+5 Deji!)

 

Any time Auto-Registration is disabled the Partition setting for Auto-Registration DN's gets reset to "None" so I would have a look at the Partition setting on the Auto-Registration config page and change to the one you desire to use ie; PT-Internal in your case.

thanks all persons , i deleted the numbers from Call routing ----> Directory Numbers , the numbers descibed as Auto, around 100 numbers Deleted , it works well.
