Still a greenhorn at all this CUCM stuff. I am trying to add new phones to CUCM using the BAT configuration file. I found this YouTube video that's walking me through it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pM6FVdTP-iI I am at the part (~2:04 into the video) where you fill in the MAC address, Description and DN's to the BAT file. I am stumped on 2 things:
They are using dummy MAC address's.. is this the correct thing to do?
How do I know what my available Directory Numbers are so I can add them to this configuration file?
