Avaya IP Phone in CUCM v12

Hello,

I am trying to register SIP Avaya IP Phones model 9611g to CUCM. I can accomplish this manually by configuring and HTTP server in the IP Phone and my HTTP server contains 46xxsettings.txt file which points to CUCM and then it gets registered as a Basic Third Party IP-Phone.

What I want to do is to config my DHCP pool to tell the IP phone to search 46xxsettings in CUCM. Is it possible? Or there is any other way to "automatically" tell the IP Phone where to look at? 

I tried using option 150, 176, 242 with ascii parameters (tftpsrvr, httpsrvr).

I believe that should be something that you need to post over at Avaya forums if you are want the phone to behave a specific way or want to understand how it works and why it isn't discovering something automatically.
