Hi,
I have two AVAYA 9608G registered with CUCM. But issue is that both are unable to call each other.
Even I am unable to make a call from cisco phone to avaya phone. need help to solve the issue.
I have to enable AUTO qos for AVAYA phone on cisco switch how i can achive it?

Hello Abdul,
The Avaya phone is not sending a Trying back to the CUCM after the Initial Invite.
CUCM sends 7 Invites but the phone never answers back and the call is released with a Timeout.
Do you have other Avaya Phone with this same behavior?. Would you be able to factory reset the Avaya Phone?

There is something to note.
The Avaya Phone is sending Register messages very often as if it was not registered properly to the CUCM.

I would also like that you check the digest credentials of the phone.

Have you received any update on this , as I am facing similar issue .
Avaya phone able to call cisco phone but Cisco phone not able to call Avaya phone.
In logs I can see Avaya phone not responding to invite of cucm .
