Backup Problem CUCM

Hey,

i have a problem in my environment from some reason the backup stop working and i getting error message.

i try to connect to Disaster Recovery page and then to the  "Current Status" to check why its failed  and after a long time he give error of master agent busy.

i try all this things and i get stuck :

1. restart DRF Master and Local again and again and its not help.

2. check the certificate and the certificate is valid and even the certificate is valid i regenerate the certificate again and its not work.

3. try to restart the Tomcat service and its not help.

4. try to backup from cli and get error : Network request timed out

5. try to download logs from RTMT and check them the only error that i saw is this error :

drfNetServerWorker.run: IOException caught: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset

KeepAlive.run, network disconnect (regular) detected for host [10.200.60.1]

CCMENC::ERROR : Dkey decryption failed. Use recovery mechanism to decrypt data.

 

 

someone know what this error mean? there is any other thing to do before open TAC to cisco?
