BE6000 High Availability Documents

         Please if this is in the wrong forum let me know.

Customer has purchased 2 BE6000 server sets.  I am tasked with implementing them as High Availability.

The units are coming with CUCM, Unity Connection, IM/Presence, and Informcast (paging).

My questions are as follows:

I will set the CUCM section as PUB and SUB, should not be a issue.

Unity Connection,  Do I follow standard documentation on setting this as H A?  Even though it is part of BE6000?

I/M and Presence,  Same question.

Informcast (paging), Can this even be set up as H A?

My concern is limitations of the BE6000 product and or any "gotchas".  I would appreciate any feed back, and if possible active links to documentation.

Other than just using the 6K OVAs, and the limits in regards to the number of users/devices, you use the exact same documents and guidelines as a non-6K deployment.

For CUCM & Presence

a. 1000 users, 1200 endpoints and 250 CTI endpoints are supported

b. 1000 Presence Enabled users

c. 50 gateways[Sites]

For UCXN

a. 1000 users with 1000 VM boxes

b. 24 Voice Mail Ports

Thank you for responses.  Last question (today).  I cannot find documentation on Informacast HA.  Can I set up Informacast as HA?  It appears that BE6k comes with BASIC Informacast, does this limit the ability to set up HA?

This appears to be solved in version 8.4.0

Actually, HA for InformaCast is available in 9.0.2. You also need CUCM 8.5 or higher.
