Hello Everyone,

In next month, there is Audit schedule so i would like to know the best CUCM configuration means as per CISCO recommendation config guide, if anyone have it already so please share me OR give me the correct path. Or, share me if you have a best link to download the same.

In both cases, you need go through SRND. One week isn't enough but you can
go through table of contents and look at the topic relevant to you

Typically audits focus on Security, so I suggest you start with review of the CUCM Security Guide for your version of CUCM. Here is link for version 11.5:
