Blocking incoming calls - Unknown caller id

Need help in blocking calls that come with an unknown caller id. we would ideally like to have calls coming to a particular DID to be able to be routed to Unity to a call handler, then have an option for ex press 1 to reach user directly. I hope this would help solve the issue. Can some one suggest how I should go about it?

Not 100% sure what you are trying to achieve, do you want all inbound calls without called ID to go to a call handler and all calls that do have a caller ID to get routed to a DID number?

if you want all call to go to a call handler, just translate the whole DID number range into the extension of the call handler.
