Hi All,
I hope someone can help me, I have inherited a client that is still running Cisco call manager 4.3 and the cluster has gone corrupt. So we want to recover and re-install the ver 4.3 to give them time to get funds available to upgrade to call manager 10.x. The problem is I do not see CUCM 4.3 as an download option on Cisco's website anymore only ver 7.1 and up.
Where can I download the installation and recovery ISO from please, it is pretty urgent.

I am afraid you will not get the bootable image on CCO. Maybe some one out there in the community can help you with it if they have.

Check with your local Cisco Account team and also see if there is a valid BARS backup available since there is no point in reinstalling 4.3 if you don't have a BARC backup to restore from.
