Hello
In the UK, BT have a service known as 1571 which is an answering machine service.
The majority of corded handsets branded BT and bought in the UK now have a 1571 button which has an LED that flashes when there is a message waiting.
We have a lot of these here and was wondering if it's possible to control this LED from a VG224. I have tried dc-voltage and fsk but nothing however I am using IOS 12.4. Is there a difference with v15?
Cheers

The VG224 supports MWI on its analogue ports: You don't need to do anything clever or special to the VG224. Your voicemail system just needs to tell CUCM that there's a new message.

It's the visual indication that I'm after. Without that it's pointless having voicemail enabled. People would have to be continually lifting the handset to hear if they have a voicemail or not (if using the stutter tone - which does not work with cptone set to gb!)

Yes, the VG224s support that indicator. (They even support Caller Display too!)
