Hi, 

i have cucm 11.5. i wanted to make changes in MOH for all devices, ip phones,jabber, ... so i did it from bulk administration . But it is not taking effect on devices. Why is it so? do i have to restart anything?

Is it working when you choose mgrl on the phones? If yes, restart IP Voice Media Streaming App service and see if that helps.

make sure that you are activated your task in job shceduler or verify job status for errors.

Which settings did you change? The MOH source file on phone or DN drive what other party hears when this phone puts them on hold, the device pool --> MRGL determine which MOH server this device connects to when it is put on hold. What is not working?
