Bulk Administration Tool Error

Hi,

I have tried to insert phone using above BAT file. But CUCM 10.5 says

MAC Address/Device Name Error Code Error Description

Result Summary :

INSERT for 0 PHONES passed.

Hi Rajitha,

If you are trying to add 7821 ip phones to cucm 10.5.2 please ensure that the latest device pack for cucm 10.5.2 is installed on all cucm servers followed by a cluster reboot.

Thanks for the reply. I have added "Device Type" field and uploaded the bat file. Aslo I have added "SEP" before MAC address and it worked.
