call cannot be completed as dialed

I am running a callmanager 11.5. I am using 7841 phones , sip trunks to CS1k. When phone is registered to subscriber at one location calling is not an issue however if I register to another subscriber in another location same cluster soon as I dial 9 or dial first digit of extension on CS1K I get call cannot be completed as dialed. If I register a IP Communicator to same subscriber calls work fine. CIPC is in different subnet than 7841. Soon as I put 7841 back to original subscriber calls work,

Run on all nodes is checked in route list and on sip trunks. I cannot see anything wrong. Strange issue anyone have any thoiughts?

Hi there

Just curious to know the database replication between the nodes. You can check from Unified Reporting, RTMT or CLI. Thats should be our first step.

Hope this Helps

Cheers

Rath, thanks for Reply Yes database replication is fine. It was my first check. My hangup is that you get call cannot be completed as dialed.  I was expecting fast busy but the failure means that callmanager isn't letting DA happen or DA thinks there is nothing available to dial. They get the message soon as they hit "9" or when they dial first digit of internal extensions.

I am trying to test again today
