Call features from Analog phones which connected

Hi

I have connected analog phones to cisco CUCM 8.6.2 via VG224s, and they are working fine with ip phones, but analog phones also need features llike call forward, call transfer, call conference, but analog phones does not contain buttons for that, so how can i configure features for analog phones? for example by dialing 99 XXXX (99<extension>) should forward calls to extention XXXX  like that....

Please guide to do this.

Please confirm the protocol being used between CUCM and VG224. The following doc explains how to configure supplementary services for analog ports:

How can we change the defaualt prefix code in analog Phones (SCCP) ?

Configure your Analog Phones supplementary features using this command:

stcapp feature access-code
prefix *
call forward all …your code Example 18..
call forward cancel …..your code Example 17……
pickup local your code Example 22…..
Etc…. So now to use call forward all on your analog phone you need to press *18 then the extension you would like to forward
your calls to..

What is the different between pickup local and pickup direct ?

Local pickup lets a user pickup a call from their group while Direct pickup lets a user dial the extension of a ringing phone to answer the call.
