I have an end user that is using an IPC Softphone. He also uses Extension Mobility with his Softphone. He is trying to forward his Primary Line to his cell phone and it in going to his Unity Connection Voice Mail.
Even if I UN-Check all of the VM forwarding and VM profile, the call still goes to the Voice Mail box.
We are running CUCM ver. 10.5.2.10000-5. Softphone client is the latest Cisco ver.
Has anyone experienced this before?
I think you still have the Voicemail option checked or it could be that the Voicemail Pilot and the user's cellphone number somehow overlap.
Could you please post the output from Dialned Number Analyzer?
