Hi Guys,
I am trying to use the bottom Call Forward all in IP Phone 8851, but, when I dial the first digit hear the message: "not is possible to complete the call please to consult ....". I verified the configuration about IP phone, but, didn´t found error.
Any have idea about this?

"You call cannot be completed as dialed..." is most definitely a CSS issue.
What is the CFA CSS Activation Policy set to? if default, what do you have that configured to?

Please, attach (as file) the SDL logs from CUCM, along with the calling, called and forwarded numbers.

Check that the call forwarding CSS at line configuration section matches that of device configuration.

Thanks a lot for Your contact.
Were configured with the option "With Configured CSS" and changed to "With Activating Device/Line CSS". After this change worked fine.
