Hi community,
we have phones which have no permission to forward their calls to PSTN. This is build with an block route pattern and an dedicated cfwd-CSS.
That works perfect at the phone.
Now my trouble: At the ccmuser-website, the user can configure and save the not allowed (blocked) PSTN-number. The phone display shows the call forwarding to the PSTN-number. Now, any incoming call get a fast busy (which is ok, the block pattern works). But this behavior at the ccmuser-site isn't very nice.
Is there any option, that the ccmuser-website is not accepting a blocked number or shows an error etc.?
Thanks for any hints.
Chris.

Hi Christian,
What version of CUCM are you running? You can also hide call forwarding from the ccmuser page by going to System > Enterprise Parameters > Show Call Forwarding > Hide All Settings.

Hi Chris,
thanks for your response. We are running latest UCM 7.1.5.
Yes disabling the cfwd-settings for ccmuser is known. But this is one of the nice features of the ccmuser-site.
Kind regards,
Chris

Thanks in advance.

Hey Chris,
No Option to give an error msg on the CCM User page when the user enters the restricted number.
