call Forward

Dear Friends

  i have a call forward  issue , we have a 17 analog PSTN lines, recently we out-source our toll free no and everything in fine . the only problem is that some subscripers are still calling our office .

i need to configure an extension "777" when ever the subscripers call the will hear the message [ For call center dial "777" ] .

1- so far i created ephone-dn 777 , and i set the call forward all to 92XXXXXXXX (which is our toll-free) but it is giving busy tune

2- i did Translation rule:

voice translation-rule 10
rule 1 /777/ /92XXXXXXXX/

when i  use 3 digit it didn`t work at all , but when i use 4 digt "7777" the translation work from inside only , (from out side it allow only 3 digit the fourth digit will reply the welcome message

we are using CUE and 3 digit extention below is my config;

voice translation-rule 10
rule 1 /7777/ /0569460749/


voice translation-profile 1
translate calling 100

translate called 10

dial-peer voice 704 pots
corlist outgoing call-international

please assist , do i have to use translation rule or Call Forward All

You translation-profile should say translate callng 10, not 100

       i solve this issue with the command " num-exp 210 99200xxxx "



and it is working fie , thank you for your reply
