Call forwarding at end user related to Cisco Self care portal

Good morning friends,

                                when i am configuring speed dialling through CISCO Self care portal then speed dial number added sucessfully but when i am dialling this number through speed dial action are not completed successfully. What will be the solution of this problem .

Based on your subject on the post I understand that you are trying to use the speed dial to set a call forward destination. For that to work the CSS set for call forward all needs to have visibility of the partition(s) involves to reach the destination number. So check the CSS set on the CFA and make sure it has visibility of any partition(s) needed to reach the destination number of the speed dial. To check that it does you can use DNA.
