Call Handler - Allow Transfers to #'s Not Associated

Is not working.   I want caller to be able to dial an extension from a call handler when that extension is not associated with an end user / Unity VM.  I have this working for another site but may have forgotten a step when setting up for this site.  At this point, I have checked the check box "Allow Transfers to Number Not Associated w/ Users or Call Handlers" under the Call Handler Edit Greeting.

Running CM and Unity Connection 8.5.

Hi Troy,

You will want to look at the Default System Transfer Restriction table

and compare the two CUC systems

Yes!  I forgot about the Restriction Tables.  I added a new one for the sites extension block and were working.  thanks!!
