call intercept using attendant console

is it possible for operator to intercept and established call using either attandant console under UCM 6.1 ?

If not what is the product we need to use ?

The call distribution logic is very simple - linear only. And the call can be answered only from a Work station to which the call is presented.

if you want to barge into a call or intercept a call you're looking for UCCX.

at most you can barge in with CUCM but that is not compatible with AC since shared lines are not supported
