Dear All,
I have a unique issue, where if agent received call through UCCX, call log is not appear in phone directories. But, if direct call from user to agent extension, call log is appear in phone directories.
note: agent using CP-7960G
When an agent using Cisco IP Communicator, call log running well for both (receiving call from UCCX or direct call from another extension)
Then, I tried to replace agent unit IP Phone with CP-7942, call log from UCCX is appear in phone directories, likewise direct call.
Anyone have experience this also?, is there type unit of IP Phone not compatible with UCCX ?

Those phone got EOL long back.. you must think of replacing those phone with some new series..

7960 are seriously outdated and not recommend to use still as they are end of everything a long time ago. Recommend you to replace these at the soonest.
