dears,
I have cisco call manager 4.2 pub and sub, I observed some error in the event viewer as I attached. anyone have any answer for the reason and how to fix this issue?

Wow... pretty old version
Try to run dbhelper tool and check the connection between pub and sub.
Also restart media streaming app service and check if you have the same error log.
