We have a call manager and we saw call history's when we access the call manager directly by IP. And our managers want to see all the call history report in web based system. So, Is it possible to separate only the call history's from the call manager configuration and give access for managers and there superiors?
Also we saw the Call manager put's the call logs in .csv file. Is there any tool up there to make the log history web based system?
We don't have web programming experice so we prefer the existing system.
we will be gratefull if you we can find a solution for this.

Hello,
It sounds like you are looking for a CDR (Call Detail Record) system. There are many out there. I recomended this one to sombody earlier. It uses the csv files dumped from the Call Manager. Many people write their own program but without programming experience it can be a hassel.
Its reasonablly priced and you can have users login to view the reports or send to email by Susing an SMTP server.

Thank you for your replay and recommendation. but that was a windows application and it doesn't work for me to access from outside.
When i said a web application i need to access the application from outside on web server like web site. not a desktop application using web browser.
Is there any application like that?

Hi,
from my experience the CUCM history is not suficient for manager. They have "bigger" expectation. Then you are really looking for come type of call acounting/billing sollution as mentioned above.
