Hi,
I require a info on Cisco Call Manager Server. The below is the information.
When we get a call from PSTN on the IP phone we need to prefix a zero to the caller ID.
For example my IP phone number is 12345 and I get a call from 56781234.
The caller ID on my IP phone is just 56781234 and I want to prefix a zero for this caller ID.
This will help in returning the missed calls.
How do we achieve this?
Thanks & Regards,
Lalit

Hi
You can add the prefix 0 in the Incoming Call Section of the Endpoint(H323 or MGCP Gateway)
You will have a option of Incoming Calling Party Settings
You could see four options like :
Incoming Calling Party National Number Prefix
Incoming Calling Party Unknown Number Prefix
Incoming Calling Party Subscriber Number Prefix
According to the number type you can add the prefix
You can make use of this link how you can change this globally under Service Parameters too,

Hi Lalit,
You can do this by using the Incoming calling party transformation mask on the PSTN Gateway .
You can prefix any digit you want (0) by using the same and even prefix different digits based on what type of number is calling

Hi Senthil,
Thanks for the reply.
The option you suggested is worked.
I have added " 0 " in Incoming Calling Party Settings and tried checking the same and my caller id adds " 0 "
Thanks once again.
