call not going to pstn

i have a callmanager infrastructure i am able to call local phones but i can not call pstn i m using mgcp as signaling protocol what is going wrong ?

1. Can you give us more details about type of connection you have for PSTN( Ex: FXO,PRI/BRI)

2. How is route pattern is configured.

3. What happens when you dial a PSTN number ( Fast busy or Any recorded announcements) ?

I have an fxo connection to pstn

I create 3 route pattern and assign each to a partition and then add partition to css

If i dialed pstn number i hear regular tones and some beeps

i was able to call other local ip phones

The router is connected to a pbx through the fxo port
