I am working on unified call manager 6.0 and having some issue with call park. Whenever we park the calls using AC then it doesn't show up in ark window, however call parked by phone are showing correctly.

If you have overlapping dialplan or
AC is not using Pilot Points or Hunt Groups
(Dont use Hunt Pilot and Line Groups)
AC service wont be able to track the parked calls.

Did you ever get a fix for this? I'm seeing the same issue but on a CCM upgraded from 6.1.2 to 7.0. It was working fine before the upgrade.

I am having similiar issues. Since upgrading to 7.1(5) I have received numerous calls where branch
A is parking the call at 7000 and branch B said that they somehow are parking the calling at 7000
and so when they dial 7000, they are getting the
wrong caller I am getting ready to open a TAC case.
I don't even know where to begin.
The funny thing is that I can't duplicate it at my location.
