Hello,
I have to create a call pick group , but the customer wants to put some kind numeric password before picking up the call,
I did not find any option for this.

You always need to post what products/versions you're using, not just your question or the problem.
In this case the answer for both CME and CUCM is that there is no such feature.

One option would be to use Group pickup or other pickup, so rather than pressing the pickup button they would select group pickup at which point you would need to enter the extension of the pickup group that the DNs are in. Thus the extension could be considered a pickup password.
