I have a customer that has Call Pickup and Group Pickup configured for the inbound night ring which rings to the sites paging system (overhead speakers). Right now they can either pick up the handset, press pickup softkey and then answer or pick up handset, group pickup and then answer to retrieve the call.
My customer wants to eliminate the step where they have to press answer. They would like to be able to press the pickup softkey and have the call connect vs having to press answer. Is that possible. for pickup and/or Group Pickup?
