Hi
So we use Media Forking via UC WSAPI which works fine, the CUBE forks the media to our recorder.
However, when a user does a CFA to an external number, no forking happens at all so the calls are not getting recorded.
This is a major issue for us as all calls must be recorded and we can't realistically tell users not to call forward.
A way round this seems to be SNR which works in a similar way and records but its not ideal as users are used to doing a CFA ad hoc on this desk phones.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Anything that releases the call from the recorded DN (eg call forward, transfer, hold, etc.) will stop the recording in CUCM.
You can use CUBE dial-peer recording instead; however, this may have undesirable consiquences. For example, the metadata included in the SIP INVITE to the recording server is not the same from CUBE. Using SIPREC and the brand new Session-ID header can help matters but only if CUBE, CUCM (Session-ID), and your recording software support them.
