call transfer from 7821 to 7925g problem

I Have cisco 7821 as well as 7925g ip phones.when I receive a call from another extension or pstn I try to transfer the call.

When a call is received from internal extension to my 7821 ip phone and I try to transfer it to 7821 or 8941 it works fine.

But when I receive from same phone and try to transfer to 7925g wireless ip phone

the call tries to transfer but after a long connecting tone the call can't transfer and sometimes ends.

Is there any problems while transferring a call to wireless ip phones?

Hello,

It may be a silly question but, are you able to call from the 7821 the 7925G directly to verify that routing is as it should be?

Hello Imthiyas

There shouldn't be any specific issue of wireless phone here. Tell me

Do you have the wireless phone registered on CUCM line associated?

If wireless phone registered to same cluster or different cluster?

Verify your dial-plan if appropriate RP are setup if registered to different cluster?

If all configurations are correct, collect CCM logs and provide me with call details like calling number and called number?
