Hi guys,
By default, CUCM plays a short beep tone to alert there is a second call entering and a visual alert. Some assistants are using Bluetooth headsets and are away from the phone, they can't see the visual alert. So the question here will be:
Is there a way to change this one beep alert for any other behavior? (for example: in other PBX systems, the second call also make the phone ring).

Hi Juan,
You can change that behavior by going to the DN config page
and changing the setting;
(instead of Beep or system default)

Excelent Rob,
The original requirement was that instead of one beep the assistants could here a persistent beep. Is that possible too?

Yes you can, on the Line of the phone you can change the Ring Active settings so the phone will Ring, Ring Once or Flash.
