CUE 3.2.2 on NME. CME 4.2 on 3825 12.4.11XW9.
Incoming call answered by operator. Transfer external caller to internal extension. Extension does not answer and gets sent to voicemail. External caller leaves message. Header on message says that it came from the operator not the external number.
Any ideas on where to start looking?

From a debug of voice ccapi. Why is the calling number 621 instead of the outside caller number?

I am having the same issue with a client. Did you ever get this issue resolved?

Hello All,
In the CLI of the CUE module, enter the command "voicemail callerid"
Hope that helped, if so please rate.

Mine was the following command on the CME.
Telephony-service
calling-number initiator
Took that command out and then it worked the way that they wanted.

I have verified that CUE is configured for 'voicemail callerid', and I have attempted with both 'calling-number initiator' enabled and disabled and I still am getting "extension xxx" as the sender when listening to messages instead of the proper caller-id. I am using CUE 3.2.1. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

This is my CME config. I did a no calling-number initiator to get rid of it. I am running IOS 12.4.20T1
