Dear Community,
I have configured E1 service on a voice router.Calls to PSTN numbers only shows the pilot number of 070906400 even though my translation rule shows the following output. The expected output on outside users phones is as underlined.
test voice translation-rule 2 103 type unknown plan unknown
Matched with rule 1
Original number: 103 Translated number: 0709064103
Original number type: unknown Translated number type: national
Original number plan: unknown Translated number plan: isdn
This is my working translation-rule:
voice translation-rule 2
rule 1 /^\(1..\)$/ /0709064\1/ type unknown national plan unknown isdn
rule 2 /^\(3..\)$/ /0709064\1/ type unknown national plan unknown isdn
voice-port 0/1/0:15
translation-profile outgoing cucmepstn
voice-port 0/2/0
dial-peer in use:
dial-peer voice 7 pots
corlist outgoing national
description Safaricom
preference 2
destination-pattern 07[0-2,9].......
direct-inward-dial
port 0/1/0:15
forward-digits all
Attached are the debugs for voip ccapi inout, debug ccsip all and full configs. In the debugs 103 is calling 0715326573
Should I call the provider or the error is on my side?
Thank you all!You have always been helpful.

It is possible your provider is overwriting all outbound caller ID with the billing phone number. I would check with them first.
