Caller ID names routed through CCX application

Greetings,

I created a script in CCX. This is how it works:

-A caller dials a translation pattern number 35XX 

-35XX is translated to 65XX

-65XX is the trigger for the application, and sends the call to a call center.

Here's my problem. I want all calls that go to the call center to be displayed as coming from "GRPDFR". I cannot figure out how to do this.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

I would use Get Call Contact info step to get the Number /Name into a 
variable and then display it on the CAD using enterprise data. 

Don't know if it's supported.
