We recently upgraded from CUPS 7.x to 8.x and are using the new 8.x CUPC software. Every since we upgraded, the calling number is displayed but the calling name shows up as unknown on the screen pop up even though it shows up correctly on the IP phone. Anyone have any idea why this is happening?
