Caller Name not coming in PRI after upgrade

Hello there,

I recently upgraded a customer from Call Manager 4.02 to 6.1.3

They have 2 PRI's on a 6608 blade. After the upgrade they stopped receiving Caller Name on inbound calls. They still get caller number but not the name.

They are running CAT code on the chasis and i believe are at the latest version.

Is the 6608 blade supported in UCM 6.1.3?

anyone run into this before?

Have you checked "Display IE Delivery" on the gateway configuration page?

yep. I checked that on both PRI's and reset them. Still no luck :/

What about "Send Calling Name in Facility IE"? If that doesn't work, I would try changing the Calling Numbering Plan to different things and seeing if that fixes it. I don't know anything about the 6608 not working with UCM 6.1(3)...

I tried checking that today as well. I also changed around the calling numbering plan to see if that made a difference. no luck so far!

Try setting protocol to qsig, there may be also a variant option.
