Calling from Unity Connection menu

Hi,

if someone leave a message in Unity Connection and the recipient is hearing the message by the phone is there a chance to dial direct the number of the original sender who leaves the message?

The feature you are describing is called Live Reply. You can enable Live Reply in the Class of Service assigned to your users. It would help if Cisco called it Live Reply in the CoS config page but they don't. Go to one of your Class of Service profiles and look for "Users Can Reply to Messages from Other Users by Calling Them" and "

When the former parameter is enabled (checked) the users with this CoS can Live Reply to other Unity Connection to subscribers. The latter parameter allows Live Reply to non-Unity Connection subscribers. If allow Live Reply to PSTN callers then you may want to tweak the digit handling in Unity Connection. See the following:

I found this checkboxes, but after checking it, there is no menu point to call the sender if I hear the message. Something else to do?
