During installation of IPCC express, I was requested to enter secret password phrase. The password I thought I used during the CCM isntallation didn't work. adminutility didn't help. Is ther a way to recover/change the password? CCM version is 4.1(3)

If you change the CallManager password (secret password phrase), you need to run the CRSAdminUtil.exe on IPCC server to reflect the change.
In after hours, on IPCC server, run C:\Program
Files\Cisco\Desktop\bin\CRSAdminUtil.exe -u CCMService -p password
(substitue password with the Secret Password Phrase of CallManager).
To make sure you know the "Secret Password Phrase", on CallManager, run
C:\Program Files\Cisco\Bin\AdminUtility.exe.
1) Type in the Administrator password (this is the Windows Administrator
password).
2) Click 'Options' -> 'Check Password Synchronized'.
3) Type and re-type the "Secret password Phrase" and click OK.
4) If the "Secret password Phrase" is correct, you should see 'Y' in all
rows.

In this case, I do know the private password phrase. Still during IPCC installation in "enter information for CCM" I get "The username/password pair that you entered is not valid. Please try again". I'm sure I'm entering the right password for the Administrator account.
Any ideas?

I was just installing the Dialed number analyzer, had the same issue with it rejecting what I knew was the correct Private Password Phrase.
I logged in as local admin, same Private Password Phrase worked fine.

Make sure your private password phrase is only 15 characters long. If it's longer than 15 characters, just use the first 15 characters and see if it works.
