Recently I've been getting more and more people complaining about calls disconnecting. The users are saying that they will be on a call from about 10min to 30min and the calls just drops and they get a fast busy. I wanted to know has anyone seen this before and thanks in advance for the help.

hi,
i suspect the issue could be with session refresher if it is dropping at a fix interval. for more input on this we need the CUCM/Gateway traces.
you can use CSA tool your self and check which party is disconnecting a call through ladder diagram.
