I have an odd issue.
If, from extension 7971, I call externally to 9-555-123-1111 the call goes through fine.
If, from extension 7971, I call externally to 9-555-123-2222 the call goes straight to voicemail.
If, I mask 7971 as a different number, the call to 9-555-123-2222 rings normally.
Can this be caused within CUCM itself? I would think that if the call connects, it's beyond the control of CUCM.
