Hi, I have CUCM 188.8.131.52000-1 and recently the company bought some IP Phones 6911, bue I cannot add them to the telephony network. I've read that version of CUCM 8.0 (+) have support for that.
¿Does Cisco has a patch upgrade or a support pack?
I would like to use them but I do not want to upgrade to V8.0 right now.

Try installing the latest devpack for your CUCM release.
