I config CME 9.0. Can I use PIN or code to dial some pattern such as internation call in CME? When user need to call to other country, they must use special pin or something before can make call.
sample of calling usage (95 is normal access code)
local call : 95 01234567
international call : 1234 0071231233456 (use 1234 as pin)
My customer confirmed that CME can do, but I can't find any feature that match his requirement. I found FAC, but it will ask some code after user dial number already.

If you want that PIN to be validated, you'll have to create your own script.
As you mention, FAC will prompt you for it after you dial.
If you don't need to validate it, just configure the dial-peers with it and discard it.

Hi Jaime,
You mean I need to create TCL to validate it by myself?
Thanks for your answer.

One more question, can I do this method (ask PIN before call) in CUCM server?

No, FAC and CMC work the same way, after you dial the number you're prompted for auth
