Can I turn off the Speed Dial Presence on the 8851s?

I just deployed a bunch of 8851s to a site that does not have presence servers (and will not in the future).  Every speed dial has a label under it stating "Offline".  This is rather confusing to the end users and esthetically looks bad since everyone is always offline.  Is there a way to turn this feature off either phone by phone or across the enterprise?

Hi,

If it's BLF Speeddial, configure a Subscribe CSS on the 8851 and this css should have the partition of the speed dial number and this should resolve the issue.

or else,

Restart the phone and see if this fixes it.

Also, what firmware are you using on these phones?
